Called to have my washing machine repaired. They wanted my credit card info before the job was done? Tech shows up, and without taking anything apart, announces that the machine is shot, and we would be better off buying a new one. I asked for an analysis of the problem, and was told it couldn't be explained over the phone, so I had to leave work to get an explanation. When I arrived I was told it would be well over $1000 to fix an $800 machine. So I had to give them $60, and they literally did nothing. The tech had no change so he had to follow me to a gas station so I could make change for him! Ridiculous!!!! Don't Bother.
